Farm Dinners
A collaborative farm-to-table evening among flowers, fields, and friends.
Join Long Table Farm, La Plata Lavender, and Leaning Tree Farm for a two-part summer dinner series hosted at La Plata Lavender’s scenic barn, overlooking fragrant rows of blooming lavender. These intimate, seasonal dinners feature thoughtfully prepared courses by chef and farmer Morgan Di Santo, using ingredients grown and raised by the collaborating farms.
Evening Schedule
Guests arrive at 5:30pm and are welcomed with a cocktail hour on the porch, accompanied by music and sweeping views of the lavender field. A seasonal appetizer will be served as guests mingle, followed by a seated multi-course dinner in the barn including a first course, a fresh farm salad, a hearty main, and a sweet finish with dessert.
Beverages
A refreshing house mocktail will be served, along with still and sparkling water.
Alcohol is BYOB, with suggested wine, beer, or spirit pairings provided ahead of time.
What to Expect
Parking is located in front of the lavender field, and guests will take a short walk through the field to reach the barn. Please note that this is a working farm—there may be uneven surfaces, natural elements, and the presence of bees. Comfortable shoes are encouraged.
